Postal counter manager

Within your team, your essential role will be

• plan, organize and control the operational activities and human resources for the postal service;
• to see to the constant improvement of customer service;
• ensure cleanliness and maintain an attractive image of the department;
• maintain an adequate level of inventory;
• supervise the postal counter clerks and see to tasks distribution;
• to see to the training of employees under your supervision;
• ensure compliance with Canada Post standards.
