We are looking for a motivated and organized talent to play a key role in our financial and real estate operations.

Reporting to the management, the Financial Sector Technician plays a central role in the preparation and follow-up of files related to the company's activities: financing, refinancing, purchases, sales, and any other financial or real estate file. This person takes charge of files from A to Z — from information collection to the final presentation — and ensures rigorous follow-ups with numerous internal and external stakeholders. Depending on the evolution of needs, she or he may also be asked to contribute to mandates in other areas of activity.

Main Responsibilities *File Preparation and Management* ► Prepare, structure, and keep up-to-date files for financing, refinancing, purchase, sale, and any other financial project.

► Gather, prepare, and verify all the required documentation for each file.

► Produce analyses, reports, and presentations for the management, financial institutions, or other stakeholders.

► Ensure deadlines are met and files are complete at each stage.

*Follow-ups and Stakeholder Relations* ► Ensure active and rigorous follow-ups with numerous stakeholders: lenders, notaries, accountants, appraisers, surveyors, real estate brokers, and financial partners.

► Coordinate information exchanges, meetings, signatures, and disbursements.

► Obtain and transmit required documents on time.

► Ensure the follow-up of conditions, authorizations, and approvals until the conclusion of files.

*Support to Management* ► Prepare and update presentation files for the management and financial partners.

► Produce dashboards, schedule follow-ups, and file management tools for ongoing files.

► Update budgets and follow up on discrepancies in collaboration with the management.

► Participate in the implementation of the company's financial strategies in collaboration with the management.

► Perform any other related tasks to support the financial sector activities.

*Administration and Compliance* ► Keep files up-to-date.

► Ensure compliance, quality, and integrity of documentation.

Desired Profile ► College diploma (DEC) or university degree in administration, finance, accounting, or related field.

► Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the real estate or financial sector.

► Knowledge of the mortgage financing process and the real estate market.

► Excellent French language skills, both oral and written.

► Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
