Technical Agent in Buildings

This position does not require any manual labor but will require you to be on the road 65% of the week and dedicate 35% to administrative tasks, including daily updating of your files and responding to clients. Your main responsibility is to examine the requested work, determine the responsibility, obtain quotes from suppliers, and schedule repairs. In case of an emergency call, you will need to identify the source of the leak, which may involve opening a wall or ceiling. Your base salary includes a car and cell phone allowance. Depending on your place of residence, your administrative tasks may be performed virtually from home.

Responsibilities include

• Planning and tracking of technical tasks;
• Working closely with technical supervisors;
• Requesting and tracking quotes from suppliers;
• Maintaining a maintenance log of all scheduled work;
• Keeping up-to-date a calendar of upcoming scheduled work;
• Maintaining a calendar of all annual building inspections;
• Working in sync with our internal customer service team;
• Working in sync with our property managers;
• Maintaining and updating all seasonal contracts with suppliers;
• Recording tickets in our helpdesk system for all maintenance requests;
• Organizing weekly follow-up meetings with the maintenance team;
• Biweekly update meetings with the Vice President of Operations and the Manager and Supervisors of Customer Service;

• Compensation: $52,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
