Under the supervision of the District Manager, your primary objective as Store Manager will be to promote a positive shopping experience and customer loyalty. You'll achieve excellent business results by leading and inspiring a highly performing team to optimize operational efficiency and achieve excellence. You'll demonstrate strong leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team. You'll also maximize store profitability by meeting and exceeding sales and productivity goals. Qualifications:

• High school diploma; post-secondary studies in business or a related field, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in the fashion apparel industry, or equivalent management experience
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Show flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to identify and respond in a constantly evolving work environment, providing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Proficiency with social media, mobile devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), or OpenOffice
• Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed for business needs
