Under the Store Manager, your primary objective as a Sales Team Lead is to promote a positive shopping experience while leading and inspiring a highly performing team. You will have a significant impact through your sales knowledge and personalized service, helping us build and maintain meaningful and lasting relationships with each customer. You are an integral part of your store's success! Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• One year of experience as a stylist or team lead
• Two years of experience in the retail industry will be considered an asset
• Passion for fashion and a dynamic personality
• Customer-focused and possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build lasting relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptionally high levels of attention and service
• Proficiency with social media, mobile devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), or Open-Office
• Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed for business needs
