Under the Store Manager, your priority as an Operations Associate is to support the team to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining an organized merchandise layout through inventory management by handling shipments, replenishing the sales floor, processing e-commerce orders, managing markdowns and merchandise to offer an incredible shopping experience to all customers.

You will contribute to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales, and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual standards in-store. You are an integral part of your store's success! Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Six months of experience as a Stock Associate or Inventory Manager, preferably in the retail industry
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset
• Enjoy having things organized
• Be a team player, always proactive in task execution
• Skills with social media, mobile devices, and computers, an asset
• Available to work in a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed for business
