We are looking for a determined and talented industrial real estate technician to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to Sherbrooke's attractiveness for investors, entrepreneurs, and developers.
CHALLENGES PRESENTED
Your challenge? To play a central role in locating and supporting economic actors on the territory of the City of Sherbrooke, as well as providing support to Entreprendre Sherbrooke in prospecting and retaining investments by identifying and describing the offers of premises, buildings, or land to be proposed. You will be responsible for demonstrating the city's advantages as a privileged location and providing technical support in the search for industrial premises, buildings, or land. You will also collaborate on the preparation of land sales files, thus contributing to the city's economic growth.

OUR OFFER
- Interesting working conditions are offered:
- A temporary mandate of 24 months;
- An hourly wage ranging from $28.72 to $46.78, depending on experience;
- A schedule of 33 hours and 45 minutes per week, allowing for work-life balance;
- Vacation time ranging up to 6 weeks, depending on experience;
- Year-end holidays between Christmas and New Year's Day;
- Hybrid work mode;

PROFILE REQUIRED
You hold a college diploma (DEC) in building estimation and evaluation technology or another college-level qualification related to the real estate field, and you have three (3) years of relevant experience in the employment field. We would like to meet you.
