Reporting to the Store Manager, your primary objective as an Assistant Manager is to support the Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring leadership that optimizes sales results. You foster a positive shopping experience for every customer while leading and inspiring a highly performing team to generate operational efficiency and sales traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You play a crucial role in the store's daily operations. You contribute to inventory management optimization, sales growth, and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand presentation and visual/merchandising standards, as well as store directives.

You also contribute to stock management by processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and handling e-commerce orders. You are an integral part of your store's success! Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; post-secondary studies in business or a related discipline, an asset
  • 2 years of management experience, preferably in the apparel fashion industry, or equivalent management experience
  • Passion for fashion and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Show flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to identify and respond in a constantly evolving work environment, providing ideas and solutions that make an impact
  • Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to establish partnerships and prioritize collaboration
  • Proficiency with social media, mobile devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), or OpenOffice
  • Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed for business needs
