  • Five (5) years of relevant experience in a FinOps framework (culture, governance, and continuous improvement);
  • Comfortable in contexts with varying team maturity;
  • Good understanding of cloud environments: AWS and Azure, as well as their cost models (Cloud cost management);
  • Knowledge of analytical platforms: Databricks and Snowflake;
  • Knowledge of Datadog and other observability tools;
  • Ability to translate costs into actionable decisions;
  • Systemic vision: cost, reliability, performance, technical debt;
  • Proficiency in French and English* both orally and in writing.
  • *Oral and/or written interactions with external partners based outside Quebec (e.g., service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, etc.)*

*Feeling that my role is important. Enjoying my daily work. Growing at the pace of my ambitions. Receiving compensation commensurate with my contribution. This is the professional experience offered by La Caisse!*
