- Your Role
Within the Reference Data Management team, you contribute to the development, evolution, and maintenance of strategic data solutions that feed the organization's transactional, analytical, and regulatory systems. The team acts as a reference provider for several critical business domains by integrating data from multiple internal and external sources and ensuring their quality, governance, integration, and dissemination across the enterprise.
As part of the modernization of La Caisse's data platforms, you participate in the implementation of robust, high-performance, and scalable solutions to accelerate information access, improve data quality, and support the evolution of analytical and artificial intelligence capabilities. You play a key role in the development, integration, and orchestration of strategic data flows, as well as in the evolution of Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance, and scalable data solutions supporting the organization's activities;
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes, advanced SQL components, and interfaces ensuring data integration, transformation, and dissemination;
- Design and implement data integration and orchestration mechanisms between multiple enterprise systems and platforms;
- Ensure the monitoring, stability, performance, and automation of data flows, including recovery and processing mechanisms;
- Participate in the development and evolution of enterprise data repositories and MDM capabilities;
- Implement data validation, enrichment, reconciliation, quality, and governance rules;
- Provide support for solutions under your responsibility, contribute to incident resolution, and continuous improvement of practices, tools, and processes;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to data architecture evolution, and act as a resource person for team members.

Required Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related discipline;
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data solution development;
- Significant experience in developing and operating ETL or ELT processes (MS SSIS, DBT, Dynamic table, etc.);
- Demonstrated experience in integrating and orchestrating complex data flows;
- Practical experience in Master Data Management (MDM) environments;
- Advanced expertise in SQL Snowflake and SQL Server and SQL performance optimization;
- Experience in Python programming;
- Experience in relational and analytical data modeling;
- Experience in implementing data repositories and MDM solutions;
- Knowledge of data quality and governance concepts;
- Experience with Git and DevOps practices;
- Experience in designing and developing data orchestration flows;
- Experience with enterprise schedulers such as Control-M, Autosys, UC4, TWS, or equivalent;
- Good understanding of distributed, asynchronous, and event-driven architectures;
- Knowledge of monitoring, recovery, and automation mechanisms.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale critical data environments;
- Experience in the financial or asset management sector;
- Experience with application integration or ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) solutions;
- Knowledge of Databricks;
- Knowledge of Apache Airflow;
- Knowledge of Spark;
- Experience in developing REST APIs;
- Knowledge of cloud-based data architectures;
- Experience in real-time data integration;
