Job Offer – Senior Accounting Technician A well-established and rapidly growing real estate company, we specialize in the management, development, and construction of residential and commercial real estate projects. We are looking for a senior accounting technician with strong experience in real estate and construction, who will play a key role in the financial management of our operations. The selected candidate will work at the heart of a structured organization, collaborating with the management and project teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain complete general ledgers for real estate entities and construction projects
- Perform accounting by building and by project
- Manage vendor and customer accounts
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Monitor budgets, project costs, and expenditures
- Manage billing related to construction projects (withholdings, receipts, denials)
- Collaborate with external auditors and financial partners
- Participate in optimizing accounting processes
Desired Profile
- Accounting education (DEP, DEC, or equivalent)
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in real estate (rental management)
- Experience in construction accounting (essential asset)
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Autonomy, diligence, and sense of priorities
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
