Our Management Consulting team supports the leaders of Quebec's largest organizations in their most strategic challenges: digital transformation, evolution of operational models, governance, organizational performance, scalability, change management, and modernization of IT functions.

We are currently looking for a Director, Management Consulting who wants to play a decisive role both with our clients and our team of consultants.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop lasting business relationships . Build strong relationships with executives of our strategic accounts; . Understand your clients' business challenges and identify opportunities where CGI can create value; . Develop growth strategies for your client portfolio; . Participate in RFPs, proposals, and business development activities; . Contribute to the evolution of our Management Consulting service offerings.

Support our clients' transformations . Serve as a strategic advisor to executive teams; . Oversee organizational and digital transformation mandates; . Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction; . Ensure compliance with best practices in governance and mandate management; . Personally contribute to high-value mandates.

Inspire and develop a team of consultants . Mobilize, coach, and support a team of approximately 12 to 15 professionals; . Foster their professional development and career progression; . Ensure talent recruitment, assignment, and development; . Develop practice expertise to meet market evolution and client needs.

Contribute to CGI's growth . Ensure the operational and financial performance of your unit; . Collaborate closely with other CGI leaders to develop integrated solutions; . Actively participate in the life of our Business Consulting team and contribute to its evolution; . Be a force of proposal to evolve our practices, offerings, and market positioning.

Qualifications for Success in this Role

You stand out for your ability to build trust with executives, influence strategic decisions, and turn opportunities into concrete results.

You possess: . More than eight years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or organizational transformation; . Significant experience in business development and strategic account management; . Experience in managing and mobilizing professional teams; . Excellent understanding of digital transformation challenges and operational models; . Strong ability to influence high-level decision-makers; . Mobilizing leadership, excellent business judgment, and an entrepreneurial spirit; . Excellent communication skills, both in French and English.

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, and professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particulars of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $95,000 and $180,000. This position is open.
