As an IT Technician (Level 1), you will be the first point of contact for users for IT support. You will ensure the proper functioning of technological equipment, workstations, and computer tools, while providing an effective service. In collaboration with the IT team, you will participate in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting of equipment, as well as the integration of employees and support of technological environments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle the arrivals and departures of employees;
  • Perform the assembly, configuration, and replacement of workstations;
  • Provide first-line support to users;
  • Manage the installation, configuration, and updates of approved organization software;
  • Install, replace, and move computer equipment (screens, scanners, peripherals, etc.);
  • Perform the configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of issues related to printers and other peripherals;
  • Configure Android and iOS mobile devices for employees;
  • Ensure support and proper functioning of conference rooms (Microsoft Teams Room).

  • DEP or DEC in a computer program;
  • Demonstrate good problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills;
  • Show autonomy, diligence, and organization in the execution of tasks;
  • Show excellent customer service and professional communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.*
