What you will do

• Participate in the improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce defects.
• Collaborate closely with production, training, and project management teams.
• Support the preparation, coordination, and deployment of process and product-related changes.
• Ensure the tracking of changes in production and contribute to their effective integration.
• Conduct analyses, document results, and propose concrete solutions.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving quality, yield, and performance of operations.
• Work in both manufacturing areas and an office environment.
