We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Junior Sales Representative to join our growing commercial team in a hybrid work environment, based out of our Pointe-Claire office.

This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to build a career in B2B sales within the printing, packaging, and graphic paper industry.

The successful candidate will focus on developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in expanding Copap's presence in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial printing, publishing, packaging, and converting industries.
  • Prospect potential customers through phone calls, emails, networking, and customer visits.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, customer service, and suppliers to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Attend industry trade shows and customer meetings throughout Canada.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Qualifications

  • College diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in the printing, paper, packaging, or industrial products sectors is an asset.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook); experience with CRM software is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Quebec and occasionally across Canada.
