We are looking for an ERP Application Specialist to develop our team.

Responsible for supporting, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational objectives.

Provides user support, training, and functional expertise while participating in ERP projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

ERP Application Support

  • Ensure functional support for ERP applications and associated business processes.
  • Resolve issues encountered by users and respond to their support requests.
  • Ensure that ERP functionalities are available and used effectively across the organization.
  • Assist users globally and promote the standardization of processes and best practices.
  • Business Process Analysis
  • Analyze business needs and operational processes.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system solutions.
  • Recommend process improvements and system optimizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize ERP usage.
  • ERP Configuration and Optimization
  • Configure ERP modules and handle system customizations.
  • Participate in the implementation of optimizations and new features.
  • Handle integrations between ERP applications and other business systems.
  • Participate in testing and validation activities.

Projects and Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in ERP deployments and improvement projects.
  • Accompany system upgrades and process optimization initiatives.
  • Contribute to documentation and change management activities.
  • Promote best practices and standardization across sites.

Reporting and User Support

  • Respond to ERP reporting requirements.
  • Provide training and advice to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain technical and user documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Experience

  • More than 7 years of experience in ERP application support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience in translating business processes into system configurations.
  • Experience in supporting ERP operations and business users.
  • Experience in participating in ERP implementation or improvement projects.

Assets

  • Experience in ERP integrations.
  • Experience with reporting and analysis tools (PowerBI).
  • Experience in supporting international organizations.
  • Experience in an international industrial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or engineering.
  • Equivalent experience and professional training may be considered.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification (MB-800).
