Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, we are currently looking for an Assembly Line Technician for a full-time permanent position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work location: 9200, Côte-de-Liesse Road, Montreal, Quebec;
• On-site position 5 days a week;

• AM to 3:50
• PM and
• Friday: 7:00
• AM to 2:20 PM;
• Hourly rate: $31.02 per hour

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work on multiple equipment and production lines in collaboration with operational teams (team leaders, operators, supervisors, etc.);
• Perform formatting of our various lines and ensure their proper functioning;
• Install the required format pieces according to the packaged product;
• Adjust equipment to achieve desired performance (pace, quality, etc.);
• Intervene in case of breakdown or production difficulty;
• Occasionally perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment;
• Make improvement projects to enhance the safety, quality, and productivity of equipment.
• WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
• Completed D.E.P. in Electromechanical, D.E.P. in Industrial Mechanics, or D.E.P. in Industrial Maintenance;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably on packaging/conditioning lines (an asset);
• Knowledge of product conveyance technologies, marking, sensors, and pneumatic actuators (an asset).
