As the Program Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and apply effective governance structures to oversee and manage the program managers' team
  • Lead a team of program managers by setting priorities for engineering, operations, and fostering engagement while motivating the team
  • Actively support the development of team members through coaching in customer understanding, sales, gross margins, customer proximity, technical understanding, etc.
  • Monitor the functioning of the customer service department in relation to your program and business unit
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and communicate program performance, and develop recovery plans when necessary

How to excel in this role

  • At least 10 years of experience in program and team management
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering in a related field, with an MBA being an asset
