Security System Installer

The role of the Security System Installer (code 222) will be to install security systems for commercial clients and participate in the expansion of the security department.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems (door contact, motion detector, alarm panel, surveillance camera, etc.);
• Train the client on the use of their security system;
• Evaluate, diagnose, and report defects that require repairs;
• Assist with inventory management;
• Support the administrative side and write work reports;
• Assist with work order management.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THESE SKILLS AND QUALITIES

• Hold a CCQ competency card as a Security System Installer;
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the field;
• Hold a valid driver's license;
• Knowledge of Z-Wave technology (an asset);
• Knowledge and experience with wired or wireless security products such as 2gig, Simon XT or Qolsys, as well as DSC, HONEYWELL, etc. (an asset);
• Knowledge of the alarme.com platform;
• Communication skills, sense of organization, and ability to manage priorities;
• Leadership, integrity, autonomy, and versatility.
