Under the authority of the training coordination, the incumbent is responsible for training and supporting OBNLs and cooperatives in the financial management of their collective enterprise. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze the group's needs;
- Train members and administrators on various laws and regulations, as well as any other relevant training for the launch and growth of organizations;
- Support the group in the development of management tools and the implementation of administrative procedures, as well as in the establishment of their policies, strategies, and internal structure;
- Assist the group in the management of their revenue obtained from rents, subsidies, etc.;
- Support the group in the integration of all the necessary learning for their autonomy in connection with financial and real estate management, human resource management, associative life management, administrative management, and internal structure;
- Animate and organize assemblies, administrative council meetings, and committee meetings;
- Train the group on procedures related to subsidies;
- Contribute to the updating of training content and learning tools adapted to the needs of adult learners;
- Prepare and animate training content;
- Act as a mediator, if necessary, in the resolution of conflicts;
- Plan, organize, and follow up on the marketing of the group's strategy;
- Follow up on the management of rent subsidies (PSL) in connection with the group and OMH;
- Provide first-line consulting and expertise services to the groups under their responsibility.
Profile
- University degree in administration, finance, or any other relevant field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or in entrepreneurship development and OBNL coordination;
- Knowledge of the community housing and social economy environment and/or housing law;
- Knowledge of building maintenance (an asset);
- Skills in project management, group management, organization, animation, and mediation;
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and on multiple files simultaneously;
- Excellent adaptability and ability to work with a diverse clientele;
- Excellent communication skills in French (oral and written) and English (spoken);
- Proficiency in an IT environment;
- Essential availability in the evening.
Contractual Information
