Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair work related to the building: painting, interior finishing work, carpentry, plumbing and minor electrical work;
  • Answer service calls;
  • Restore apartments in preparation for move-ins;
  • Repair certain equipment;
  • Perform daily inspections of the building and identify anomalies;
  • Contribute to the building's preventive maintenance program and ensure the implementation of the maintenance schedule follow-ups;
  • Participate in the search for contractors;
  • Accompany service providers and oversee maintenance and repair work;
  • Ensure procurement from suppliers for the maintenance and maintenance service and acknowledge receipt of orders;
  • Perform seasonal work (patios, shoveling walkways in winter, etc.);
  • Perform tasks related to the implementation of an emergency plan;
  • Contribute to accident prevention and site safety;
