Since transportation is at the heart of our operations, we are currently looking for a reliable and professional driver to join our team.

Your main responsibilities

• In collaboration with the dispatcher and the delivery team members, you will be called upon to:
• Deliver packages within the determined deadlines and according to the required conditions;
• Collaborate with the dispatcher to optimize routes and service quality;
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers;
• Handle complaints diplomatically and participate in finding solutions;
• Use the technological tools and delivery applications at your disposal;
• Manage priorities and changes effectively while on the road;
• Represent the company positively to our customers.

The profile we are looking for

• Valid Class 5 driver's license;
• Good driving record;
• Relevant experience in package delivery;
• Excellent customer service sense;
• Courtesy, professionalism, and initiative;
• Good geographical knowledge of the Quebec City region, an asset;
• Ease in using technological tools and delivery applications;
• Autonomy, reliability, and good adaptability;
• Excellent communication skills.
