Your responsibilities as a Meat Assistant Manager

• Assist the manager in store operations (purchasing, inventory, cost management, etc.) and replace them when needed;
• Ensure the staff provides outstanding customer service;
• Advise and serve the customers;
• Participate in personnel management (hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, work schedule);
• Collaborate on purchases, inventory management, and equipment of the store;
• Ensure the staff follows the established product marketing, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards;
• Ensure the staff follows health and safety standards.

Experience

• Relevant experience as a butcher;
• Completed DEP in butchery;
• Experience in management is an asset.
