Your responsibilities as a Meat Assistant Manager

  • Assist the manager in store operations (purchasing, inventory, cost management, etc.) and replace them when needed;
  • Ensure the staff provides outstanding customer service;
  • Advise and serve the customers;
  • Participate in personnel management (hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, work schedule);

Experience

  • Relevant experience as a butcher;
  • Completed DEP in butchery;
