Job Details: Occasional day/evening/night shift position.

Variable hours including one weekend every two weeks.

Your main responsibilities:

Perform complete maintenance of common areas: floors, carpets, surfaces, common bathrooms, windows, and outdoor areas.

Execute various general maintenance tasks (plumbing, carpentry, simple electrical work) in common areas and apartments.

Ensure periodic checks of equipment and intervene according to the preventive schedule.

Support internal teams during events, equipment installations, or special projects.

Actively contribute to the safety and well-being of residents by reporting any risks or anomalies.

Participate in preparing areas for waste collection and other tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the residence.

What you bring

Similar experience, DEP in general building maintenance or hygiene and sanitation is an asset.

Excellent basic technical skills, autonomy in problem-solving, and the ability to learn new methods or tools.

A taste for the diversity of tasks, with a concrete role where your contribution is directly visible, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

Good physical condition, sense of organization, and maintaining a high level of quality in all tasks.
