Job Description - Sales Associate (Full-Time)

We are looking for full-time sales associates to join our team at the MINISO store in Galeries Rive Nord.

Store Location: 3150 Bd de la Gare, Vaudreuil-Dorion, J7V 0J5

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers upon entering the store and provide them with courteous, warm, and efficient assistance.
• Provide exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Perform multiple tasks while remaining attentive to customers' needs.
• Use the cash register and process payments in cash, debit, and credit cards.
• Apply basic sales and customer service principles.
• Organize, place, restock, and dust merchandise; maintain displays according to management directives and participate in store window and presentation setups.
• Work effectively as a team while demonstrating autonomy and initiative.
• Adhere to health and safety standards.
• Perform any other related tasks requested by management.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed by the store.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Dynamic, friendly, and customer-service-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Merchandising skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 35 lb (16 kg).
• Practical experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash transactions.
