Operations Manager - Dreadlocks Hair Salon

Digitox Dreadlocks Montreal is looking for an operations manager who wishes to grow within our long-term team. We offer a relaxed work environment with flexible hours where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in management, leadership, customer service, content creation, and administration.

We are seeking a passionate, authentic, and independent person who enjoys working in a team to provide exceptional service to our clients and facilitate the work of the hairdressers. The salon's current objective is to continue its growth while maintaining high quality standards.

In addition to a progressive salary, we offer regular salary reviews, performance-based bonuses, and employee benefits (discounts on products and services, monthly hair treatment, personalized hair health consultation, basic training in natural product manufacturing and medicinal plant transformation). The position starts at $26/hour for approximately 20 hours per week on-site. The goal is to evolve towards a hybrid full-time position paid $30/hour and more, depending on the speed of integration, responsibilities assumed, and results obtained.
