Community Project Coordinator

24H ChronoSports is looking for a project manager (coordinator) to carry out youth community projects.

Main responsibilities related to the position

• Supervision of team members: Manage and support team members daily, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Ensure smooth coordination of stakeholders to complete assignments.
• Develop and implement external communication and marketing strategies (social media, media, etc.).
• Participate in establishing partnerships to support the organization's goals.
• Other assignments to support the management.

Qualities sought

• An asset: University or college degree in management, social sciences, communication, or another related field.
• Experience in team management and in a role combining human resources and communication/marketing.
• Sense of initiative, autonomy, and strong organizational and planning skills;
• Ability to manage time and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork;
• Asset: Knowledge of the community sector and community development;
• Open-mindedness and appreciation for diversity.
