Credit Analyst – Signature Finance Auto

Location: La Prairie, QC

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Salary: Starting at $22 to $30/hour, depending on experience + possibility of performance bonuses

About Us

Signature Finance Auto is an automotive dealership specializing in auto financing (1st, 2nd, and 3rd chance credit). We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Credit Analyst who is motivated, organized, and customer service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to new leads from the website, Facebook, Marketplace, and other platforms.
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and messaging.
• Gather all necessary information for opening an account.
• Enter data into the CRM.
• Create and update customer files.
• Enter financing requests into various financing systems.
• Verify the accuracy of the provided information.
• Follow up on files until approval.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and financial institutions.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, administration, or financing (an asset).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fast typing speed and good computer skills.
• Experience with a CRM (an asset).
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Sense of organization and attention to detail.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

Compensation: $40,834.56 to $60,000.00 per year
