Administrative Assistant – Signature Finance Auto

Location: La Prairie, QC

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Salary: Starting at $20/hour + BONUS

About Us

Signature Finance Auto is an auto dealership specializing in the sale of used vehicles and auto financing (1st, 2nd, and 3rd chance credit). We are looking for an organized, dynamic, and professional administrative assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at the dealership.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Enter data and manage customer files.
• Prepare contracts and administrative documents.
• Follow up on financing files.
• File and digitize documents.
• Coordinate administrative tasks with the sales and financing departments.
• Keep files up to date and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in administration (minimum 1 year, an asset).
• Excellent French (English, an asset).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Sense of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and discretion.
• Experience in the automotive industry (an asset, but not mandatory).
