Accounting Technician

We are looking for an accounting technician to support our team in the daily management of accounting operations. In this role, you will contribute to various tasks related to the accounting cycle, in a dynamic environment where precision and collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Specifically, you will be responsible for the following activities:
• Invoicing clients in multiple currencies
• Recording client payments in the accounting software
• Managing client transactional sites
• Participating in the recording of vendor invoices in the accounting software
• Verifying invoices, entering, and paying vendors
• Preparing and entering expense accounts in multiple currencies
• Performing various follow-ups and analyses
• Performing any other related tasks

Skills

• Hold a diploma in accounting
• Accumulate between 1 and 3 years of experience in accounting
• Have experience in a multilingual context, an asset
• Possess an intermediate level of English, both oral and written*
• Use Excel with ease
• Be methodical, organized, and meticulous
