Accounts Payable Technician to join its accounting team.

Reporting to the financial control team, the selected person will be responsible for managing the vendor account cycle and processing payment-related operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices in the accounting/ERP system
• Verify the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and associated documents
• Prepare and make payments to vendors
• Track vendor accounts
• Analyze and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors to resolve problematic situations
• Participate in internal and external audit processes
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize accounting processes
• Desired profile:
• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in distribution or wholesale trade (asset)
• Good proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
