Duties

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care.
• Cook pizzas using various methods to achieve perfect crusts and toppings.
• Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously at the counter or during takeout orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
• Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency in every pizza made.
• Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience with cooking techniques specific to pizza preparation is a plus.
• Strong skills in meal preparation and food presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards customers.
