Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the leasing of apartments in the residence and the sale of customized services to a clientele of retirees. They must meet specific sales targets, expand the customer base through networking and prospecting activities to find new opportunities, and participate in activities that promote what makes the residence unique.
Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing, Diploma in Sales, or equivalent
- 3 years of experience, including 2 years in the sale of services
- Demonstrate Chartwell's RESPECT values
- Networking and communication skills
- Analytical and persuasive mindset
- Ability to listen to and understand client needs
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a team
High availability and flexibility in scheduling (weekends according to the rotation established with the management team and availability for special events)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and skills with new information technologies
