About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Advisor in Capacity Management to contribute to an important organizational transformation program, including the deployment of Planisware to thousands of users.
You will play a strategic role in the evolution of capacity management practices, resource planning, and project governance. You will collaborate with managers, project offices, and senior management to ensure alignment between business priorities, organizational capacity, and investment portfolio.
The ideal candidate possesses solid experience in workforce planning, capacity management, or portfolio management, along with excellent analytical, influencing, and communication skills in complex environments.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in:
- + Capacity management
- + Workforce planning
- + Resource planning
- Experience in large organizations or matrix environments
- Good understanding of project and program management practices
- Experience with dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Power BI (user level)
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience with a portfolio or project management tool (Planisware, Project Online, or equivalent)
- Excellent proficiency in French
Assets
- Experience in a financial institution
- Experience within a PMO, project office, or portfolio management
- Experience with Planisware
- Experience in organizational transformation contexts
- Experience in producing executive dashboards and investment plan tracking
Objectives and Deliverables
- Optimize capacity management practices
- Support resource planning at the portfolio level
- Produce dashboards and key performance indicators
- Support decision-making for managers and senior management
- Contribute to the evolution of management processes, methods, and tools
- Promote better alignment between business needs and organizational capacity
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze capacity and resource needs for projects
- Produce analyses, dashboards, and executive reports
- Develop and track key performance indicators
- Advise managers on capacity and planning issues
- Participate in the continuous improvement of capacity management practices
- Collaborate with project offices and various departments
- Identify capacity gaps, risks, and constraints
- Formulate strategic recommendations and support their implementation
- Contribute to the deployment and use of Planisware
- Prepare reporting for decision-making bodies
