  • Secure delivery deadlines and material availability by coordinating receptions, piece entries and exits, container arrivals with the broker, and respecting production and delivery schedules.
  • Optimize costs and work methods by identifying cost-saving opportunities, developing local and international procurement strategies, and recommending or implementing adapted policies and procedures.
  • Maintain reliable purchasing data by updating submissions, price lists, pending orders, and tracking systems for suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Measure and support service performance by setting up performance indicators, participating in the annual purchasing and order delivery inventory, and collaborating with the company's various services.
