We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee store operations, optimize processes, and ensure rigorous inventory control. The role is essential to support production and collaborate with several internal departments (handling, planning, etc.).
The position requires an autonomous, structured individual comfortable with systems, capable of navigating a context where several new processes and tools will be implemented.

- Main Responsibilities
- Ensures complete supervision of store operations, including receiving, shipping, managing internal returns, and maintaining a compliant and structured inventory.
- Optimizes and develops processes and systems, especially during migrations, tool implementations, or location reorganizations, to improve efficiency and traceability.
- Ensures rigorous inventory tracking and performance indicators, implementing corrective actions and best practices to ensure data quality.
- Leads and motivates the store team by clearly communicating objectives, supporting change, and ensuring effective coordination with production and handling teams.
