What you will do

Become an expert in our products and brands to help families navigate every moment from the baby stage to size 14.

Welcome customers with a warm welcome message. Provide assistance regarding our product styles, features, and benefits.

Maintain genuine customer attention on the sales floor.

Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.

Consistently model service standards and the omnichannel experience while training others to succeed.

Lead and implement an assigned sales focus zone through detailed planning and tracking.

Perform supervisor responsibilities as a Daycare Manager by stimulating results and addressing customer concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.

Use customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity to implement measures that stimulate results.

Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs.

Provide consistent, timely feedback to the store team and raise performance concerns to the store manager.

Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation.

Support the in-store team with Loss Prevention by maintaining a consistent level of customer service, safety awareness, and operational controls.

The qualities we love in a candidate: A positive and solution-oriented mindset.

Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Real computer and technological skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation, etc.).

A variety of skills and experiences.

A high school diploma.

You can:

Lift 18.1 kg (40 lb) when needed, with many occasions where you will need to bend, crouch, stretch, push, and pull.

Stand or walk for prolonged periods of time. Climb and descend a ladder.

Be available on schedules that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays with a minimum of two off shifts per week.
