The Filling Associate plays a key role in ensuring that items are transported efficiently from the warehouse to the sales area. This role requires constantly handling merchandise that varies in weight from light to heavy throughout the shift.

Responsibilities
- Fill display tables and zones carefully and safely.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and identify and report low inventory levels.
- Complete necessary documentation daily.
- Ensure that retail tasks are executed efficiently (e.g., stocking, labeling, "facing", cleaning, etc.).
- Ensure that items and item surpluses are placed in the correct locations.
- Report stolen or damaged items to the management team.
- Assist with price tagging and price label verification as needed.
- Contribute to warehouse organization as needed.
- Dispose of trash and boxes.
- Welcome, assist, and thank customers in a friendly manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements/Skills
- No experience required! – We will provide all the training you need!
- Ability to work shifts (day, evening, weekend, and holidays)
- Ability to perform physical efforts, including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and transporting merchandise, using a ladder, performing twists, turning, and reaching for objects
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Results and customer-oriented
- Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt, and handle difficult situations and make decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma (asset)
