Functional Analyst
Human resourcesDescription
Work Mode: Hybrid, 2 days per week in person.
We are looking for a passionate Functional Analyst who is passionate about both human and technology, specializing in communication and collaboration solutions. Your primary role will be to bridge the gap between technological capabilities (particularly Microsoft 365) and the business users' needs. You will be the driving force behind technological adoption within the company, ensuring that tools are not only well-deployed but also well-understood, well-used, and governed by sound governance.
Functions and Responsibilities
Needs Analysis: Understand the business processes of different departments and identify how collaboration tools can optimize them.
Adoption Strategy: Act as an ambassador for digital transformation, promoting best practices in collaboration on a daily basis.
Continuous Improvement: Gather user feedback to propose functional adjustments and evolve the internal service offering.
Specific Expertise Required (Key Skills)
Metrics: Strong ability to define, track, and interpret performance indicators (KPIs) related to tool usage. You must know how to use data to measure adoption success and identify areas needing intervention.
Monitoring: Ensure proactive monitoring of the collaborative ecosystem's health, user engagement, and compliance with internal policies using administration reporting tools.
Governance Evolution: Actively contribute to the development and continuous evolution of governance rules (collaborative space lifecycle, access management, compliance), balancing security and flexibility for the user.
Assistance on 'How to' Solutions: Act as a functional expert to advise users. Ability to popularize technology and recommend the right tool for the right need (e.g., 'When to use Teams vs SharePoint vs Viva Engage').
Training Development and Change Management: Work closely with the Change Management team to design, develop, and deploy tailored training programs, support materials (guides, video capsules), and interactive workshops.
Internal Communications (Viva Engage): Strong expertise in using internal communication platforms, specifically Microsoft Viva Engage (formerly Yammer). Ability to structure communities, stimulate corporate social engagement, and align tools with the corporate communication strategy.
Qualities Required to Succeed in This Role
Excellent functional mastery of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, OneDrive, etc.).
Strong communication, pedagogical, and empathetic skills: ability to put oneself in the end-user's shoes.
Analytical and synthesis mind, capable of transforming usage data into concrete adoption strategies.
