In this role, you are responsible for welcoming, advising, and serving customers. As a part-time employee with limited availability, you must offer a minimum availability of two (2) evenings starting at five (17h) on Thursday or Friday evening, as well as all day on Saturday and Sunday.

Main Responsibilities

  • Inform customers about the different cannabis products and their characteristics
  • Advise customers with a focus on safety and health protection
  • Record transactions at the cash register, prepare deposits, and collect amounts due through various payment methods
  • Participate in the branch's inventory process

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a high school diploma (DES or DEP) or equivalent
  • Have at least one year of experience in a customer service or retail sales advisory role
  • A combination of two years of experience in a related field may be considered
  • Demonstrate a professional interest and understanding of the issues related to the sale of cannabis
  • Be available to work during the day, evening, and weekend
  • Have the ability to express and simplify information
  • Have good spoken French skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency with technological and computer tools
  • Be legally authorized to work in Canada
