Sales Associate - Services and Printing (Part-Time)

Some of the tasks

• Provide exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the success of the printing and services departments by leveraging our sales model and learning all the products and services we offer to our customers to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with store managers to establish and achieve sales and margin goals.
• Perform printing work in the branch.

Maintain health and safety, property protection, and confidentiality policies.

More specifically, you will be responsible for

• Interact and sell to all our customers by offering personalized products and services using all the tools and techniques available in our sales model to anticipate and meet future customer needs.
• Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools to convert customers.
• Follow the required steps for supporting or picking up customer orders for printing services, including sorting orders from the printing dashboard, by phone, or at the counter.
• Ensure that machines are always stocked with paper, toners, and supplies. Catalog all printing orders according to company standards, process and file them correctly. Prioritize orders based on selected service options.
• Maintain merchandising and display standards in printing and cashier areas, such as gigogne tables, checkout lines, and counter displays. Ensure precise stock control by following company protocols.

Learn and maintain all necessary standards in printing and service areas, ensuring that all checklists, inspections, and brand requirements are met.

Some prerequisites

• 3 months to 1 year of retail sales experience (preferably).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
