Key Responsibilities (title) • Strive for a single point of contact in the customer journey, maintaining an omnichannel approach to meet customers where they are most comfortable. Interact proactively to deliver excellent service and ensure a seamless customer experience with a “first time right” mindset working with prevention. Take lead in customer appointments by communicating IKEA kitchen benefits and adapting the offer through provided customer feedback in order to convert into an order as per sales steering goals.
- Become familiar with the features, benefits, and technological capabilities of IKEA kitchen items. Get hands-on with new digital sales and development tools as soon as possible, in collaboration with IKEA and the Kitchen Department.
- Openly and honestly compare IKEA's product and service offerings with competitors in a professional manner. Actively promote and sell the wide range of kitchen services available to help customers make informed choices.
- Understand the store and Kitchen Department's business plan and contribute to achieving set commercial and personal goals.
- Understand the specific needs and dreams of customers and stay informed about trends, household types, and customer buying behaviors to offer relevant, affordable, functional, and sustainable solutions.
