• HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Under the Mine Captain, You Will Coordinate Underground Activities Ensuring That Employees Operate Safely In Compliance With Laws And Environmental Standards. Your Main Tasks Will Be

• Supervise directly between 12 and 20 production and development employees.
• Plan and organize employee work while respecting weekly production planning and drilling plans.
• Perform scheduled inspections, investigate and analyze incidents and submit recommendations.
• Organize and lead various meetings.
• Optimize and improve work methods, equipment or infrastructure.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Hold a high school diploma.
• Have experience in underground mine supervision.
• Have completed the Modular Training Programs (FMTM) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 and hold a general explosives permit.
• Demonstrate commitment to health and safety.
• Show leadership, influence, organizational skills and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in French and English.
