Groupe Morneau is looking for a dock foreman in Quebec right now!

By becoming a Dock Foreman with us, you will oversee the proper transfer of goods between their point of origin and their final destination, while benefiting from a salary ranging from $56,167 to $69,382, with an annual salary review and a daily schedule filled with stimulating tasks.

Joining Eric Blanchet's dock supervision team means enjoying a Monday to Friday daytime schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and a daily schedule filled with stimulating tasks:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of warehouse workers
  • Coordinate the placement, loading, and unloading of trailers
  • Write reports and ensure the efficiency and profitability of operations, while addressing cases of losses and/or surpluses in real-time
  • Participate in the implementation of various loading and unloading procedures in compliance with appropriate transport documents and ensure they are followed
  • Use computer programs related to the work (Truckmate and Connected Dock)
  • Promote health, safety, and HACCP standards (as per the terminal) at the workplace and ensure they are followed
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the dock
  • Train and coach the employees of your service
  • Provide an end-of-shift report for the following managers
  • Perform any other related tasks.
