We are currently looking for a Perineal and Pelvic Rehabilitation Physiotherapist at the L’Ormière Clinic. Located in Neufchâtel, our clinic offers personalized care in a friendly environment, by a team of qualified professionals: physiotherapists, technologists, osteopaths, massage therapists, kinesiologists, and occupational therapists.

We offer a multidisciplinary approach for a diverse clientele, from athletes to the general population, from pediatric to geriatric, including perineal and pelvic rehabilitation, advanced manual therapy, running analysis, Bike fit, management of jaw disorders (ATM), and more.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical condition and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide home-based interventions and treatments based on best practices
• Design and supervise personalized exercise programs
• Ensure quality follow-up and adjust plans according to patients' progress
• Educate, support, and guide patients towards prevention strategies
• Work closely with other clinic professionals

Required Skills

• Open to experienced physiotherapists, with 2 to 5 years of experience in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation (RPP)
• In good standing with the OPPQ
• Completed second-cycle microprogram and/or other training in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation
• Initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written

Schedule

• Full-time: 25 to 30 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, including daytime and evening shifts (1 evening shift mandatory), flexible schedule to be determined with the candidate
• Start date flexible according to the candidate's availability
• Please note that this position is offered as a maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of inter-clinic collaboration to maintain the contract long-term after the person on leave returns.
