We are currently looking for a Physiotherapist at the Apex Val-Bélair Clinic. Founded in 1995 as Clinique de physiothérapie Pie-XI, the clinic became Apex Physio in 2013 before joining the Kinatex network in 2021, becoming Kinatex Apex Val-Bélair. Located in a medical complex in Val-Bélair, the clinic is easily accessible due to its proximity to the highway, free parking, and its ground-floor location.

The clinic offers physiotherapy, massage therapy, kinesiology, and osteopathy services. Its team includes various expertise, including advanced manual therapy, pelvic-perineal, vestibular, and pediatric rehabilitation, as well as dry-needle puncture therapy. The clinic also provides care for concussions and long COVID. It serves a diverse clientele, including CNESST (IVAC), SAAQ, and members of the Canadian Armed Forces and Veterans Canada. Your Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide treatments and interventions based on best practices
  • Design and supervise personalized exercise programs
  • Ensure quality follow-up and adjust plans according to patients' progress
  • Educate, support, and guide patients towards prevention strategies
  • Work closely with other clinic professionals

Required Skills

  • Open to physiotherapists with experience (2 to 4 years, an asset)
  • Be a member in good standing of the OPPQ
  • Interest in developing skills and refining expertise (orthopedics and openness to various fields of expertise)
  • Sense of initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written

Schedule

  • Full-time: 28 hours or more per week
  • Schedule: to be determined with the candidate, with day and evening shifts between 7 am and 9 pm
