We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist for our Saint-Roch Clinic.

Kinatex Saint-Roch, located in the Lower Town of Quebec since 2016, is easily accessible by public transportation or by car (free parking). Our team includes professionals in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, osteopathy, massage therapy, and kinesiology.

We offer general and specialized care, including perineal and pelvic reeducation, vestibular treatment, jaw treatment, orthopedic manual therapy, and intradermal needles. Our occupational therapist supports a diverse clientele in both physical and mental health.

Our professionals work closely with the Proximité Medical Clinic to ensure comprehensive follow-up and quality care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional evaluations and assess patients' capabilities and limitations
  • Design and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Provide manual treatments and interventions based on best practices
  • Maintain complete and compliant progress notes
  • Ensure quality follow-up and adjust plans according to patients' progress
  • Teach and advise patients on strategies and prevention
  • Work closely with other clinic professionals

Qualifications We Seek

  • Position open to new graduates and occupational therapists with experience
  • Be a member in good standing of the OQT
  • Interest in developing skills and refining expertise, particularly in socio-professional rehabilitation, mental health, and workplace evaluation (an asset)
  • Initiative, autonomy, and patient-centered approach
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written (mandatory)

Schedule

  • Full-time: 25 to 30 hours per week (35 hours if sharing clinics)
  • Monday to Friday, day and evening
  • Start date: July/August 2026
  • Please note that this position is a replacement for maternity leave, with the possibility of continuing within the banner thereafter
