As a reliability engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the health and safety of workers
• Supporting the maintenance department in developing a strategic plan to reliability certain critical equipment
• Meeting with maintenance and operations personnel to reduce failures
• Conducting AMDEC type meetings
• Implementing continuous improvement processes to increase operational efficiency and equipment efficiency
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure equipment availability
• Performing RCA type analysis regarding production losses due to machine failures

Qualifications

• To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• A keen sense of safety and compliance with regulations.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the team and the client
• Inspiring, motivating, positive, and constructive leadership
• Results-oriented
• A degree in engineering or related experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of supervision or team management.
• The ability to solve problems proactively and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in the Office suite and reporting tools as well as various GMAO software on the market (SAP)
