Job Description – Store Manager AssistantThe Store Manager Assistant is responsible for the overall management of store operations to ensure the achievement of sales targets, business profitability, and an exceptional customer experience. They act as a leader within their team, fostering a positive, high-performing, and results-oriented work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of sales targets, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop team members.
• Schedule work hours based on operational needs and labor budget.
• Supervise and motivate the team to provide exemplary customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening, closing, and handling funds.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and oversee the receiving, merchandising, and transfer of goods.
• Maintain visual standards and store presentation according to company guidelines.
• Analyze results and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Ensure a safe work environment for employees and customers.
• Manage disciplinary situations, performance evaluations, and workplace relations in accordance with company policies.
• Perform required administrative follow-ups, including approval of worked hours, sales reports, and communications with various departments.
