RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet and exceed sales goals by providing exceptional customer experiences, offering additional sales, and promoting sales.
• Perforation Excellence: Become a specialist through our training. Perform safe perforations, explain post-perforation care, and reassure customers throughout the process.
• Maintain an attractive, well-organized, and easy-to-navigate store.
• Support your manager by motivating the team and contributing to a positive and dynamic environment.
• Represent the brand by showcasing products and staying up-to-date with fashion trends and social media.
• Support store operations: receive and process merchandise, visual merchandising, support during promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their purchases and new perforations on social media.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to perform perforations safely, patiently, and empathetically.
• Knowledge of the POS system.
• Ability to stand and manipulate 25–75 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stretch, climb, and place merchandise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills and reading comprehension.
• Passion for fashion and interest in trends.
• Ability to create trendy looks with products.
